If you're a regular reader from Y360, you may remember the news story I spoke about this past summer about a pregnant woman who was missing. Then she was found dead. (The links are to the blogs I imported to here on Multiply.)Here boyfriend, Bobby Cutts Jr. the father of the unborn baby (& of 2 year old Blake)... was arrested & has been standing trial the past couple months.
Well, he was found guilty & now the jury is in deliberation to decide if he should live or die.

I have been following this story but I hadn't heard yet about the outcome. I'm glad he was found guilty! That is a horrible story. This woman and her child, HIS CHILD, is dead and gone because of him. It's sad. :(
ReplyDeleteStill no update... WEWS did say they'd break in whenever the sentence was announced! I agree this is a sad sad story.
ReplyDeleteI'm still bothered by the fact that what ever he did was in front of his son, Blake. (If you didn't know... the news had plastered video interview of Blake saying "Mommy was crying. Mommy was hurt. Mommy is in rug." My heart breaks for that little one.... & such an impressionable time in his life!
I think he should die...

ReplyDeleteThat's odd... the Judge just said that they're not going to ask everyone to stand when they call the jury in. Only him & the deputy's will stand...

He's getting ready to call them back in to hear there sentence.
If it's Death, tomorrow they'll continue with the details. I guess.
If it's NOT Death... they'll do the sentencing will be this afternoon.
The judge is giving instructions to the court spectators right now.

I don't know... the jury said they could not find reason why to recommend death.

That he was found NOT guilty for the murder of Jessie Davis... but GUILTY on the rest! I guess I'll have to read the daily blogs.

ReplyDeletedont think i had heard of this till now, this is absolutely disgusting. death for him would be the easy way out of it for him, going to prison and hopefully the ppl in there giving him what he deserves is better. He should be left to suffer and worse !!
