Total Lunar Eclipse... 2-20-2008 (updated)

It's not a very good pic, I know... I have a cheap digital camera!

I was not expecting it to be clear enough here... so I did not have hubby get any film for my good 35 mm camera.

So, you are stuck with these... Better than nothing! LOL

Maybe my photo guru pal, Sean will be able to get some better pics in his area!

Though, I looked at the map & it doesn't look too promising for his area.

    At total Eclipse... you're supposed to be able to see Saturn & possibly the Space Station!

    Wooohooo. I'm frozen solid but it was soooooo worth it - I hope.
    10 degrees, probably less than zero with the wind chill and snow blowing everywhere.
    Gotta be a better hobby than this surely?

    My digital camera does the same thing. Hoping to get a better one in the future that can take decent night shots. :)

    I got a few shots but I don't know how they turned out yet. My digital wanted to 'dance' with it. Very strange. You have some great shots there. I'll be back later to catch up on the rest.
