I'm in a bit of pain & to top it off, I have a throbbing headache. (Probably from the lack of sleep last night. Nope, I wasn't up all night on the computer (I'm grounded, per Autumn & Maegan... No computer for me after 10 p.m. for 1 week... LOL)
Anyway, I'm just couldn't sleep very well last night.
So, if you don't get a reply from me in a timely fashion... just know I will get back to you when I'm feeling better! :)

Hi all... I did rest yesterday, but didn't get to sleep until just after 10:30p.m... I slept pretty good until about 10 a.m... but it was not a very sound sleep... I know I dreamed... but I also know that I heard hubby get up & leave for work. So, I can't really call it 12 hours of great sleep... but it was good...
Still though, I'm in a lot of pain, still... no more pounding headache... just a dull one from the back pain & the way my neck is right now... Just haven't quite gotten comfy today.
I'm trying to go through all my emails & messages... & then I may lay down for a little bit & just relax & watch tv... so, I may not be on much again today.
Just thought I'd update you.

Oh, I'm calling the doctor again today... I guess I'll update again (here or in a blog) with what they say!... I hope they won't want me to come in... because 1, I can't drive & 2... even if I could... I don't have a car! We are currently down to one vehicle because hubby had to lend his truck to his brother... because of all the snow we got this past weekend.
(Oh, funny story... their mom, blames hubby's little (younger) brother that he's the cause of all this snow, because he sold his jeep less than a week before it hit! & Had he not, we wouldn't have gotten so much snow. (Teasingly said, of course!) LOL) :o) :o)
Sorry to hear you are having a tough day. I woke up with a headache too. I think it might be because of the physical therapy I had yesterday for my shoulder bursitis. The therapist prodded and pulled me in directions that stretched me a bit beyond my comfort zone. I am taking that prescription Lyrica for my pretty much chronic pain and it does seem to be taking the edge off a bit. It is prescribed for fibromyalgia. The therapist said a lot of my neck and shoulder problem is from poor posture in front of the computer and he gave me some exercises to stretch me out better. When we read or use the computer we tend to lean forward and hyper extend our necks which is not good. I need to be more aware of my posture.
