An Iraq journalist throws his shoes at OUR President!
I applaud President Bush (YES, he's STILL our PRESIDENT!), for his comments at the end. That is how a President SHOULD REACT!!
One problem though... does this mean that all reporters will now have to remove their shoes before going into a news conference? Hmmmm...
I saw one of my other Contacts had posted similar footage, but had not watched it until now. I haven't checked it out further, either, so I have no idea what the guy's agenda was, outside of obvious anti-America &/or anti-Bush feelings.

In Iraqi culture, throwing shoes at someone is a sign of contempt. Iraqis whacked a statue of Saddam with their shoes after U.S. marines toppled it to the ground following the 2003 invasion.
