My new mouse... 10-7-07...

A review for the ProBlogger giveaway.

My hubby found a GREAT deal at our local Best Buy the other day... a mouse for SenCi! (in case you missed it, that's the nick name for my laptop!)

It's a Targus Notebook Wireless Rechargeable Mouse.

Hubby set it up for me last night. I am SO THRILLED it works with SenCi & Win98!

It's like Targus was thinking of someone like me when they created it. (Someone who is easily irritated with clicks AND tired of having to clean off the track ball.)

I KNOW THAT GUY!!!

Well, sort of... I befriended him on MyCCM after I listened to one of his songs.

Curt Collins' music is a lot like that of Wayne Watson! (If you've paid attention to any of my other posts, or my favorites lists, you'd know WAYNE WATSON is my FAVORITE Christian singer!!) So, I really enjoy Curt's music, too!

We've chatted via Yahoo Messenger & he's a really nice guy! So, I wanted to give him his "just due" & promote him a little... I mean, this guy could go #1 & I can honestly say I KNOW HIM!!!

As you may know I am trying to find a way to get paid to blog. (Not personal blogging, like this... & I have yet to be "noticed"!!)

The low down... 10-3-07...

As regular readers know, I was diagnosed with ACM (Arnold Chiari (kee-AR-ee) Malformation) a while ago...

I believe this is a big contributor to why I have a 10 year memory block... Especially after I saw this comparison photo. I do have to say, it all makes sense! I mean... look at it closely (click on it to see a larger version).

See how much farther down the cerebellum is? Furthermore... look at the little arrows & how the "fluid flow" is supposed to go! Now, you can see why I have headaches & pain all the time!

According to the research I have done... there are some ways to relieve the symptoms naturally. Such as wearing proper arch supporting shoes.

Though I could have the decompression surgery. But it's BRAIN SURGERY! So risky!!

The more & more I keep getting these headaches, the more I am leaning toward surgery!

FIRST, I have to find a specialist! Which may require me to do some traveling to New York! HOPEFULLY... I can do a lot of the communication via the phone & emails.

Anyway, I am posting this is because I just wanted to "rant" a little bit... & to request your prayers, please.

My rant is basically some questions to you... after seeing this picture... Don't you think I should have been approved for LTD? (Long Term Disability). I know if I would have been the one looking at this, I would say: "HEY! If this isn't "disabled" then I don't know what is?!" (Am I over thinking this because it is me? or ???)

Do you understand now why I am complaining all the time about headaches?
What would you do in this situation?

FYI - I am starting to use SenCi (pronounced: Sen See) (That's the "short" name for my very old "SENior CItizen" laptop!) A lot more than I had thought. I really like that I can sit on the couch, instead of the hard computer chair! More comfortable & easier on my neck.
