I think I may just make these & take with me to church Sunday. (Because I'm part of the "Praise Band" we go in early for practice... So, this may just work for breakfast for me.) LOL
(Ok, now that I've posted it for the whole world to see... I guess I'll have to make them! LOL) 
On a separate note... I just found out Speed TV is going to re-air the broadcast of the "Nextel's Prelude to the Dream" from Eldora Speedeway. (The one where my favorite NASCAR driver, #99, won!
Also, the one my hubby was at & didn't take any pics!) The story can be found on Nascar.com news page. Tomorrow, I'll have to post the picture I took today in honor of "Camera Day". (Thanks again Maegan for these holidays!) You'll just have to wait!!
