But instead of Blue Moon cookies, (recipe on her site) I have to call them Full Moon cookies...
because I have no blue food coloring & I used chocolate cake mix instead of white.

The ice cream scoop next to them is what I use for all my cookies... especially chocolate chip cookies! Just make is so much easier & uniform.
The 1st batch just came out of the oven & are on the cooling rack waiting to be frosted with ... you guessed it, chocolate frosting!
(Can you tell, I'm a chocolate nut!)
I put the 2nd batch into the oven & grabbed one of the unfrosted ones... just to see how they are, because I've never had them before.
& Just like they smell & thought, they're... SCRUMPTIOUS!!

(Spent too much time frosting cookies & chatting.) I am getting to bed after 12:30a! Hope I get up in time to get to church for Praise Band practice. (Oh not to disillusion anyone... I do not play in the band... I run the Media Shout Program that displays our songs on a big screen up front for every one to see.)
