Oh I feel for you. I learned that the hard way our first icy morning in Texas. Tail bones are not meant to slam into concrete. I hurt for a week after that. Our soft snow was no big deal compared to ice.
I actually don't remember how it looked, because I was in so much pain, I just wanted to get back up without falling again. Thankfully I didn't fall a 2nd time trying to get back inside! LOL
Hey! Sorry to hear that. I know exactly how that feels though! A few years ago I fell on my icey front steps, right on my butt bone!! My lower back hurt for what seemed like a month or two! Luckily I didn't break anything, but my lower back STILL hurts once in a while if I stand for a long time or sit in a not so comfy chair too long, or even sometimes when I walk too long. It sucks! Anyway, get better soon!
ummm! ouch.. girl you rest a bit and maybe take a long shower or long bath in good warm water.
