white lines on background... HELP!!

I have no clue why the white lines are there... I'm working on it...

The background is only slightly different as I added twinkling stars. If anyone knows why it is doing this, I'd appreciate the help.

    Yeah... what's even more weird is... I put the photo up against a black background via Power Point... and there is no border. ...

    I wonder if it's something to do with the fact it's the size or something.

    Weirder yet... all I did was add the twinkle stars via Online-Image-Editor.com... I'll keep working on it! LOL

    Point behind it is I just wanted to show all what I could do! :) More to come later! :)
