NOT a happy camper...

Short story... I'll explain more tomorrow...

Had satellite installed (a separate one) to get our LOCAL channels in HD... since the tech left we keep loosing signal!!!

1st available time to get a tech back out is not until MONDAY!!!!

UGGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!
Had to vent!!! Later!!

  2. OH - sorry! That happened to me when we first got our satellite installed. Once the kinks are worked out - you'll love it though!

  3. If so... They have picked the WRONG person to do it to!!!

    That's how I ended up with 2 months Free of DishGames!!!! For the stuff I've had to go through with their "tech support hotline"... I'm sorry... but shouldn't tech help be in the SAME country!!! (Sorry to anyone who is a tech support or customer service rep out of the country... trust me I KNOW, being a customer service rep is NO FUN when customer is angry.... no matter what country you're from!!!!)

    If I have to I will start working the ladder to get someone out here sooner! Monday is RIDICULOUS!!! (Good thing I don't have a job to go to!!! I'd really then be mad... having to waste another day making calls... then waiting on the tech... GEESH!!!)

    (can you tell I'm still fuming!! I will be until things are working as they should... & trust me... I will make sure it's worth it for US!!!! Believe me!!!!!!!!!!!)

  4. Oh... we have had satellite for a LONG time... along with HD... it's just that our local channels were not in HD... & since they had a message saying if subscribed to local channels we could get them in HD for no additional cost.

    Well, it's costing me now!! HEADACHE!!! But it will cost them!!

  6. I can't stand customer service reps for American services, that can't speak English worth a flip. Gotta agree with you there. Once I called Comcast customer service and I couldn't understand the password he was giving me, and couldn't even understand his spelling it. So I called back hoping to talk to someone who spoke English... NOPE!! It was a long phone conversation trying to understand what they were saying. Very frustrating!!!

  7. I'm with you and Autumn. I can't stand when you call customer service and the person you end up speaking with isn't even in the same country and can't speak English very well. I also sometimes wish they'd make better notes on accounts so that if you call back about the same issue, you don't get a different answer (which has happened to me before!).

    I hope you can get everything straightened out! It can be a pain to live without decent television.

  8. I don't like talking to someone who can not speak english clearly.. and when your trying to get something fixed it's even more frustrating. I've had people calling here wanting money for some charity or other but couldn't understand a word they were saying I just tell them that and hang up.
