It's January 11th, already??

Wow, how the 1st eleven days of the year has already flown by! I guess that's what happens when you spend most of the day under the covers.

No, I wasn't sick... just been tired & a little "burned out" you could say. So, I took a break this past week... & I may even take a break this next week too... Seeing how it's going to be OH SO cold!! (But that's not until about Wednesday.)

I did take some pictures (from inside) of the beautiful snow fall. I'll try to get them uploaded in the next couple days.

While under the covers I watched some shows & movies. The other night, Hubby & I watched Mythbusters (gotta love them guys!) & they were busting some conspiracy theories if there was actually a moon landing. It was very interesting to watch how they proved there was a moon landing back in 1969!! Wow... this year I'll be 40 & so will the moon landing!!

Wonder what then President Obama is going to do to celebrate??

Speaking of President ELECT Obama... it's 9 days away from his inauguration....... Just mentioning it. That's all. LOL.

I hear the whistle blowing... must mean we've reached the end of this ride on The Rambling Train.

Stay warm all & Toodles!!

  2. The Weather Channel was telling me that you guys were getting SLAMMED with snow and I don't envy all the shoveling that's in store for you.

It's OK to get burned out once in a while., just take it easy so you don't get sick!

P.S. I find that when marshmallows are put in hot chocolate before consumption, the whole world actually becomes a happies place!

  12. I like Mythbusters, but I missed that one, I'd have liked to have watched it, my Mum'll be pleased because she keeps telling us off if we say it was faked, apparently, she remembers seeing it on the telly.

Good to know you're up from under the blankets now. ;)
