Calling all Chiarians... Have you tried using earplugs to diffuse noise? If so, how did it work? I'm wondering if I should where something for Thanksgiving so I won't be ready to go in 5 minutes of arriving at our 1st dinner location.
Yes ive used them for more than 5 years. Used to live in apartments that are quite noisy. Instead of having to react to the problem constantly I decided to use ear plugs. Helped me sleep better and not too distracted by the outside world. Even when you take them off it doesnt cause problems to the ear system at all. try it. During the first few days even weeks you ear muscles will hurt a liittle as it is trying to adjust
I have worn them for different reasons.. my ears ring.. it will sometimes help the ringing.. for some reason.. but I have to tell people I have them in cause the expect me to hear at the same level
