Another edition of TOTs

Just going to go right into my thoughts today...

1. I've changed the background & darkened the text, so I hope it's easier to read now. ;o)

2. Yep, graphics are from my favorite place... Glitter-Graphics.com!!! :-D

3. Coleman is such a silly dog!... how silly you ask? I'll tell you... he will get up on the couch & a few minutes later he's on the floor... then few more minutes pass & he's back up on the couch again. LOL... That's what I love about him... if feeling down... he helps bring a smile to my face!!

4. So does Sunny, our other dog. She's just as goofy as Coleman. See, she likes to be under the blanket next to me when it's cold like it has been... She will stay there & even when I flip the blanket back to expose her nose a little, she will turn her nose so that she's completely buried... then scoots her back closer to my leg, as if... "I'm cold, Mom!" ~ *giggles*

5. Back to Coleman... I think his clock is off... or maybe it's just because he's getting old... Used to be Hubby could get them out in the morning & they'd both be content 'til he got back home from work. Well, not anymore... Coleman is usually barking or pacing about at least an hour before Hubby is usually due. (If not on overtime!)

6. Thankfully the days that I've had to go to the Cleveland Clinic for doctor's appointments or even when I was at my mom's recovering & no one was home... there were no "accidents". So, I'm just hoping that it's because he realizes I am home... & that I will let him out... I'm hoping it's not that he's over 10 years old now & that he might be starting to have to go more. *sighs*

7. Moving on... a couple weeks ago, a friend picked me up & took me to the stores so I could get some Christmas shopping done... Well... the presents are still sitting on the table... waiting for me to wrap them... Just haven't had the "oomph" to do it. I'll have to... only 8 days left...

8. Well actually 7... because most of these will be opened on Christmas Eve.

9. Which leads me to... Hubby & I usually spend Christmas afternoon & evening at his mom's with his brother & sister-in-law & their kids... This year... sounds like it will be at Noon on Christmas Eve... and it sounds like it's not going to get to be the nice relaxed (yet crazy fun!) time that we normally get... because there will be Christmas Eve candle light services... & then over to the farm (my family) for Christmas their. *sighs*

10. I didn't used to mind some changes... but seems, lately, everything is changing... & I'm starting to not like it when something changes... (not just referring to 8 & 9... just a lot of stuff!)

11. I must be getting old too! ;o)

12. Oh... I did get my Christmas tree up... it's simple this year... just lights that were already on it & hung a few golden icicle ornaments & 2 "Snow Buddies" ornaments (because I only have 2! *winks at family members who might be reading this!*)... & of course, an angel for the topper.

13. Don't be shocked... it's not PINK, (like the picture below)... Our tree actually has blue lights!! With the gold accents & the gold tree skirt... looks pretty. (Picture is on Facebook... I'll try to post one here shortly.) :o)

14. Why is it not PINK??? Oh, I have ornaments to do a pink colored tree... even pink lights too... it's just my mother-in-law does hers in this awesome blue & silver... & well, my hubby is not a fan of pink, either.

15. I was hoping that when we moved into this house that I could have put up both our little 4' tree for the blue & the bigger one I'd use the pink on... Well, there's just no room right now...

16. Maybe next year I'll figure something out ;) I do miss having a larger tree.

17. I'd really rather have a live one... just one year!!!

18. Ok... I'll stop now... They're just rambling thoughts now! ;o)

How about some TOTs

For those who've not experienced this from me before, TOTs are simply: Thoughts on Thursday! (or some will do it on Tuesday.) Usually some bloggers here on Multiply will try to limit it to 10. Me... well, there's a reason why my blog is named: "The Rambling Train"... Yep, that's right... because I'm a rambler. (Which I'm sure many of you have had the pleasure of my ramblings even on Facebook!)

TOTs are nice, because it helps break up the "monotony" of a typical blog... meaning they are just random thoughts where 1 does not necessarily have to do with another in the list. Also, they're put in to a "bullet" fashion to make it easier to read.

Now that you all know what it is (or have been reminded of them) let's get started... & once again, like the title of yesterday's blog, remember you are on "The Rambling Train" ... where she stops... no on knows! ;) Actually, in TOTs, I do try to limit it... I said... TRY ;o)

Here goes...

1. Anytime I receive a text message now, I have to giggle... because my sister-in-law sent me a "sound" for my phone... it's of a kid giggling... sooooo cute!! ;o)

2. There's a reason why I tell my hubby not to talk politics when at a family gathering (such as Thanksgiving)... & have asked him to try to change the subject when someone else does... because no matter what you say, everyone has their own opinion about it.

3. Well, I should remember that when clicking on news articles before shutting off my computer at night! Got "involved" in the comments on an article posted on Yahoo News last night... AFTER I had already posted "G'd Night" to my Facebook (FB) status. 2 hours later, I was still awake & sharing a link to the article to my FB friends & family.

4. However, I learned something from that article... well, actually, from the "research" I did to back up my 1st comment to all the others posting... So, on my 2nd comment, I, basically, provided a link to the constitution's 14th Amendment & then said... MERRY CHRISTMAS... LOL...

5. Oh, & before I read & posted "that" article link to FB... I had posted one just before it, only because of the headline: "WH (White House) warns tax defeat could trigger new recession"... & I put my thought with it as: "So when did we get out of the "old" recession???"... LOL

6. I hadn't read the article... nor do I even really read stuff like that... I just thought the headline was funny, because it seems to me we're still in a bit of a slump in this country. However, my niece replied June of 2009 was what she remembered some economists stating was the end of the recession.... Um, really? That was the time my hubby was without a job... & was for over a year!

7. Grant it, my hubby is back to work (same place laid off) & he's working a lot of ... & I mean a LOT of overtime... however, I still hear of many who are without jobs. That's why the headline struck me as odd. So, how does one tell if the country is out of a recession? (Ok, for all who follow things like this... please, don't waste your time trying to explain it to me... I really meant that as a rhetorical / "ha ha" type of question.) ;o)

8. Remember... this is just MY thoughts... not necessarily trying to open a debate with anyone about anything. Just stating what's going through my mind.

9. And since it's been SOOOO long since I've done one of these TOTs... I will for sure pass 10 of them!

10. I guess the reason I haven't written a blog like this in a while, is because FB basically was an outlet to post my thoughts as they were going through my mind at the time. However, they don't get saved after so much time. (or after so many posts.)

11. If FB puts a limit on the # of posts it will go back to when clicking "show older posts"... then stuff I type up would get lost in a short time, because I play games over there that I like to share with others who play the same game. (For example: Bejeweled Blitz, you can share coins with other players when your "daily spin" is so much.)

12. So, my Multiply friends... now you know what has kept me from here for so long... it was the games! LOL!!

13. Actually, it was that an the fact I connected with a BUNCH of others who suffer from the same "invisible" disease as I do. (Chiari Malformation (CM)).

14. Wow, took 13 thoughts before I brought up CM... & that's all I'll say about it in this blog, because that's not what I wanted this blog to be about!

15. Besides, I have a separate blog site that I use now to talk about it. Even though, I haven't posted anything to it since 10-1 (about 8 weeks post op). Mainly because I was talking about it all again on FB.

16. One more thought about that... I think I'll update that blog today... BEFORE I get on FB... a lot has happened since the last post... as in regards to my surgery & etc. (That's it, no more talk about CM in this blog... I hope!!)

17. Oh, I'm proud of myself... not only have I blogged 2 days in a row here on Multiply... but I actually started this BEFORE being sucked into the world of Facebook... with it's games & all the status updates from family & friends (church & school friends, included with some new ones... even some of you from here, on Multiply!!!)

18. Yes, I said FAMILY... I have quite a few family members that I'm connected with over there on FB... & this one, I think my dad will like... My dad's brother's son... my 1st cousin... Mark... recently joined FB... & I have connected with him. (Though we've exchanged phone #'s... I have yet to talk to him... my doing... I keep forgetting!)

19. I do want to talk to him... we haven't spoken since his father (my dad's brother) passed away... many years ago. (At least 15?) & I really want to get in touch with him AND keep in contact with him... since my dad, he & I are the only ones living from that side of the family... from our generation, that is. (Meaning not including my son, or my cousin's kids, if any.)

20. See, it's been so long, I don't know if he has any kids!!!

21. Oh, the train has been derailed... by an arrival of an expected package. (But I won't talk about it, because it refers back to thoughts 13 through 16.) ;o)

22. Thinking there was a lot more I've been wanting to share, that's been on my mind.

23. I guess I don't have to share it all in one day & one blog. LOL!

24. So, with that, I guess I'll wrap this one up... HOWEVER....

25. Since it's Christmastime... I'll end with 25... & with a picture of the wonderful, scrumptious dessert that was served to us at this year's Christmas Craft Party. (It's same thing we get every year... because the hostess knows we all love it SOOO much.)

P.S. The photo at the top is from this morning... it was such a beautiful sunshine day that just made the snow sparkle.... just the way I LOVE IT!!! :o)

Halllooooo Fall TOTs

Howdy folks! How ya doin'? I know, I know... long time no hear from me...

So... how about a Welcome To Fall edition of TOTs.

In case you're new to my blog, TOTs = "Thoughts On Thursday". Similar to the Tuesday Ten (or Tengents as my KittyChile sister will say).

They're random thoughts just like anything else, actually... Just not limiting to 10.

Maybe more than 10... maybe less... depends on my mood & what is rambling around up there in my noggin! LOL.

On with the real TOTs for today... WARNING... Many today! ;)

1. Hallelujah FALL is here!! Now where are them Autumn temps??

2. Why is it when we have NO insurance, NO extra money for doctors / dentists... that our teeth decide NOW is the time to act up?? Huh?? Why??? Why??

3. Hubby is feeling much better after his tooth pulling a few weeks ago.

4. He lost about 10 pounds because we think he had the flu on top of all that. (He couldn't keep anything down or in him for several days. Almost took him to the hospital.)

5. Now it's my turn to battle with teeth. Now, I've complained several times before about having broken teeth in the back (molars). One on each side.......

6. So, why is it now, after the one has been broken for a couple years now... & the other about a year, they BOTH decide they're going to cause pain?? Huh... why??

7. I know why... because they know I can't get them fixed right now! Not at least for another 2 months!! UGH!!

8. So, I guess I'm going to start to drink shakes & eat soup for a couple months.

9. Sounds like a good way to loose some weight! (Ok, they're not that bad, yet! It just seems that way at times! What's unusual though is, one or the other would be a little ouchy... last night, BOTH sides decided to start up. I can deal with just one side... but not both at the same time!! ARGH!!)

9a. Really hope Hubby can get dental insurance with this company!!!

10. Hubby has basically told me, last night, I'm not allowed to drive for a little bit. (Ok, this requires more explanation than just a passing thought....)

10a... See, the other day he came home from work & I was having a very bad Chiari day... The headache was not throbbing, but more pressure. So much so that I couldn't really sit up for a bit. So, I had asked him if he would go to the store, please. (We were in need of groceries, big time!)

While sitting at the computer, he couldn't keep his eyes open. So, when I was able to sit up for a bit & move around I told him that, if he'd drive we can both go get groceries. Well, after we were heading to the check out when I felt like I was going to pass out. Thankfully we have a Starbucks in the store, & they have tables. I stopped, told Hubby I was sitting down for a minute & then grabbed the nearest chair. The barista made eye contact & I asked her for a little glass of water. (Not realizing she'd give me about a shot glass worth.) Sat for a minute after that & was able to make it to the check out where I proceeded to unload.

To make a long story short, I STILL hate shopping (for large quantities / or long period of time) because of this. And I think my hubby has realized why. However... this has also sparked concern in him that he doesn't want me driving. Which is very understandable. And no big deal either, since I don't go anywhere, anyway.

Now, don't you all worry... I'M OK!!! I will be just fine! It's just a normal part of my life now... at least it will be until I can see a specialist. Which won't happen until either Hubby can get us back on insurance, or I get approved for Social Security Disability. (Which hopefully will happen by the end of the year... I HOPE & PRAY!!!)

(back to the TOTs... *scrolls back up to see where she left off*) .....

11. I'm wondering if this one tooth is actually a wisdom tooth... though I could swear I had all of them out when I was 18 or 19. (Guess I'm going to have to get a hold of the dentist later on.)

12. Oh... yeah... Hubby just may get sent to Mexico by his new company. ARGH!

13. So, guess who's making all the calls to find out about the vaccines & etc. Yep, you guessed right! Me! (Not that it's a problem.)

14. He's also not sure how long this job will last. He says they have nothing in "the pipeline" after the one machine they're about to start. (There's more to that thought... but it's not really needed on my blog. If he blogged, yeah, but since he doesn't... well... you get the idea!)

15. We think Sunny pulled a muscle in her hind left leg. Poor thing... she's limping around.

16. Oh, but it doesn't bother her if she sees a bunny outside... or even hears the words "outside" or "r-i-d-e". Nope... won't bug her!

17. Same thing goes with Coleman's vision. He looks as if he might be on the early stages of going blind... but he sure can see a bunny rabbit in the neighbors yard at night!! LOL

18. Don't know where I'd be if I didn't have them 2 here to keep me going!!! Seriously... if it wasn't for the dogs, I probably would not go outside! Having to get them out is a blessing!

19. My SL sister is going to be Queen!! Woot! (sneaking it it.)

20. I urge anyone that has headaches a lot to ask your doctor for an MRI... & to show you the results (the written ones). Because most doctors may see the mention of Chiari Malformation, but will shrug it off. It IS a major problem! They just don't want to tell you because they don't want to have to deal with the fact they may have to recommend brain surgery!

21. Ok, they really don't do anything to your brain... but they do have to do something with your skull so that it's not compressing that part of your brain. (That's why it's called "Decompression Surgery") ... They need to release the pressure so that the cerebral fluid will flow properly... so that the rest of your brain can function work the way it should... including blood flow... heart pumping... & etc etc etc.

22. Have I totally bored you to pieces yet? LOL.

23. Hmmm.... NOW I'm getting hungry... Nope, not for oranges! *giggles* Though if I keep talking about it, I may. LOL.

24. Drats... I do NOT have any orange juice! Will add to the list for next time.

25. I hate wired mice!! (That's what I get for leaving my wireless mouse at my sister's on Saturday!) Yes, I'm thankful that we at least had a wired mouse for me to use until I get it back! *winks & grins*

26. I think 30 will be a good number of thoughts. What do you think?? Give myself a goal & now, I can't think of anything else to write! LOL!!!

27. Oh bother, it's raining again! That would explain the pressure I feel at the moment. (See, weather effects these headaches too! ... Actually any change in the barometric pressure effects it. Think about it... it may make sense if you do. ;o)

28. Oh yeah... btw... I've been hooked on Facebook stuff, see... it's not just Second Life that takes me away from here. LOL!!!

29. NaNoWriMo is drawing near... So, I really need to get back into the writing mode! Come November, I'll be doing that 50,000 words in a month challenge again. (More on that in a future blog!)

30. One last hmmm thought... Why is it someone who used to love to socialize is now basically a hermit? (Why? Well, go back & read #10a!!!)

That's THIRTY Thoughts on this rainy 'Welcome to Autumn' Thursday!!!

TOTs - a day late

All aboard... The Rambling Train is about to embark on another trip!

Doing this in TOTs (Thoughts on Thursday) format (a day late) because... well, it will be easier for me to write & easier for you to read... because I have lots of thoughts to share today.

1. I lost 8 to 10 inches of my hair last night. Yes, went & had my hair cut... it was very needed! (I warned Hubby that after his 1st paycheck I'd bet doing this. He didn't fight me at all on this. Which is GOOD!)

2. Still amazed at how much lighter it feels to have that much gone. (See the difference?)

3. My poor hubby... he's oh so sick. We thought it was from his tooth being pulled out Tuesday evening. However, we just got back from the doctors a little bit ago, which they say it's probably a virus.

4. He's not been able to keep anything down for the past 3 days. So, they gave him something for the nausea & said if doesn't start to feel better by about 5p or so, then he needs to go to the hospital for a blood test.

5. If that's the case, I would probably have to drag him there, or threaten to call for an ambulance, because I'm sure he will try to avoid it, if at all possible. (Mainly because we don't have insurance yet. He's only 3 weeks into this new job.)

6. The nurse practitioner that saw Hubby says the sickness is probably not related to his tooth pulled.

7. If that's the case, Hubby can blame his new boss, because he was sick the 1st week Hubby was on the job. Haha!

8. Now I just have to only hope I don't get sick! We can't afford it!

9. Yeah, I know I'm not working... still can't afford the doctor's visits & medicine & all.

10. Let's round this off with something good... I'm still in shock (disbelief) that my son will be TWENTY years old tomorrow!!! Oh where has the time gone?

11. Yep, that means he's as old as I was when I had him! (If anyone is paying attention, that is.)

12. This sure has been a pretty mild summer (for some of us, for the most part)... Kind of worries me as to what the winter holds? (LET IT SNOW! LET IT SNOW!!!!)

13. Don't get me wrong, I've enjoyed this nice summer... Now almost fall!

14. btw.. I'm not going to do a tribute this year to the September 11th attacks... because I have one from last year that has all the videos & pictures in it. If anyone wants to see it... just leave me a comment & I'll post a link to it, below.

15. Though, LET'S US NEVER FORGET!

*HUGS* to all! :o)

Thursday, August 27, 2009

Yeah, I am here still (TOTs)

1. If you tried to go to a blog with similar title, sorry, I hit enter instead of tab after I put a title in... so it posted a blank blog.

2. Someone the other day thought I was from Australia. (Was on voice chat with someone in SL.) ... I must be hanging around Kitty (in SL) too much! ... NOT! Luv ya Kitty!! **HUGS**

3. That horse you see above... well that is a horse I created / modified for a contest.

4. Actually, I was given the shape (it's an Arabian) & I just had to come up with the textures & so forth. (Named him Panther!) ;o)

5. That was in SL (Second Life) & yes, it's fun... but it sure was time consuming. It will be worth it if I get any type of prize! ;o)

6. Hubby started his new job this past Monday. (After being laid off for nearly 8 months.) It's going good so far.

7. In case you're wondering, he's a PLC programmer. (That's a Programmable Logic Controller)... (A control device designed specifically for industrial machines that perform logical operations compatible with traditional relay logic.)

8. If you need more explanation... Google it. (That's what I had to do. LOL)

9. In 90 days Hubby will be able to get insurance... though we need it now!

10. That's all for this edition! Too tired & too bad of a headache to do more. *waves & poofs*

Quick TOTs...

1. It's still Thursday, right? (Some Kitty sis of mine had me a little confused. *winks & giggles*.)

2. Just had to tease her about that!!!
(Side note: New readers... TOTs is Thoughts on Thursday.)

3. Do you enjoy word games? Well then check out the group I set up over a year ago. It's been going really good. & We're in a Special Round for a bit. The "new season" will be starting in September.

4. Yeah, the link in #3 is attached to the words: "word games". Sneaky, aren't I? *winks*

5. Oh, one last though on TLW (that's the abbreviation for the group)... This special round is basically word association. Normally we just change one letter at a time to come up with a new word. The rules are a little out dated, if you read them... but it will be updated before the new seasons.

6. Ok, I said these were QUICK TOTs... but you know me... once a rambler... always a RAMBLER!! *giggles*

7. I am NOT looking forward to this weekend... it's supposed to reach the 90
°F's (34°C)... we've had such a pleasant summer so far! At least it doesn't look like it will last.

8. I wish I could update you on job situation for Hubby, but there's nothing yet.

9. Supposed to have my hearing with Social Security soon... but still waiting on the call to get it scheduled. *taps foot*

10. Have doctor's appointment on Monday to go over all the forms that a lawyer sent me to fill out so he (the lawyer) can represent me correctly at the hearing.

11. Nope, I don't have to pay the lawyer, unless SSI approves me. (Then it's a percentage of back amount owed. So nothing out of pocket.) *whew*

12. Even dozen, will I stop now? Nah... one more thought for a baker's dozen! :o)

13. My sleeping is still screwy. It's been back & forth & it's driving me bonkerzzz!! o.O (This is a main reason why there hasn't been many rides on The Rambling Train of late.)

That's all! *waves & poofs*

Thursday, May 28, 2009

TOTs for last Thursday of May

1. I can't believe May is almost over.

2. Started to do a blog about Coleman, but the words are just not "jelling" today... guess writing is not in the cards today.

3. So, I just doing a few TOTs.

4. I'm tired of the rain... where's the SNOW?

5. Ok, maybe not snow... but come on, it's almost June... we're supposed to be out of the rainy season, yes?? no??

6. Can't wrap my mind around anything just now.

7. Going back to playing games on Facebook & watching The Weather Channel (TWC).

8. Should be writing more of my book!!! Just can't concentrate!

9. The screaming neighbor kids are not helping things either!

10. Even the rain didn't keep them inside.

11. Not talking about screaming in pain... they have to yell & scream about everything... the shrill type that makes you want to climb the walls!

12. You should have heard it earlier... they were on their front porch (wooden) stomping like crazy that it sounded like someone was pounding with a hammer.

13. Tired of the rain! (Did I mention that??)

Thursday, May 14, 2009

TOTs

1. Do you remember what TOTs is?

2. Won't be many... starting to get one of them awful headaches again.

3. Figures... I just got over what ever kept me away from church on Mother's Day! Geesh!

4. I agree with KittyChile... I'm sick & tired of being tired & sick!!

5. It's a week of Season Finale's! As much as I am enjoying it... I'm sad that the shows won't be "fresh" again until the fall.

6. Maybe now I'll finish one of my novels.

7. Don't forget to check out the Twitter badge on my home page... if I don't blog for a while! :o)

8. That's it... told ya, the head hurts.

9. Ok, one more... I'll leave ya with a LOL dog...

At least my trash will smell good - TOTs

1. On this Thursday I have many thoughts... odd & interesting alike. You be the judge.

2. Why is it when I put a teaspoon of sugar into my hot (almost boiling) cup of water, it sizzles up? Can't say that it bubbles, because... well, it's very tiny ones if at all. It's just like it is increasing the temp or something but soon as I add the decaf or another 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar, it stops sizzling.

3. Did you see my prior blog where I talked about the perfect cup of decaf? It's so tasty I've been drinking about 2 or 3 a day. Only thing is, I'm going to run out soon, so it means another trip to Wally World (Wal-Mart) soon.

4. Welcome to TOT's, by the way. I give no indication of how many (or few) thoughts I'll give you.

5. I have found that I have to use 1 more teaspoon of generic non-dairy creamer than if I were to use Coffee Mate's version.

6. See a trend in today's thoughts? Well, it's about to change.

7. As for the title of this blog... well, I dropped my small potpourri vessel on the kitchen floor earlier. So, my trash now smells pretty from the paper towels covered with liquid potpourri. (Cinnamon Spice!)

8. Thankfully I spilled it on the kitchen wood floor, rather than the living room carpet, where I was headed with the vessel.

9. Also, thankful for the pot did not break & not much liquid was lost.

10. What is that thing up in the photo above?? You've got me! I received it as a belated birthday present from Grammy's nurse, JM.

11. That was SO sweet of JM to give me that. (See, my sister invited her to my party, but she couldn't make it.

12, I just got this present yesterday when she gave to my hubby when he was at the farm mowing. She had said she kept forgetting to take it to Grammy's for me. Otherwise I would have blogged about it sooner. :o)

13. No worries, for I love unexpected gifts!

14. I do have a clue about it... on the bottom it says Longaberger. Going to check out their site to see if I can find it. If not, I'll call JM... I'll post a comment below soon as I find out.

15. Oh, yeah... Hubby says it's to put ice cream in... It does look like an ice cream cone.

16. Have you heard of Tokbox yet? I love it... it's better than Skype, in my opinion! If you'd like to friend me there to be able to do video calls, send me a PM & I'll send you the info.

17. Well, I think that does it for this edition of TOT's... Mainly because I've lost my train of thought!! ... Probably because my tummy is growling. Going to make me a BLT (without the B!!)

Hope you enjoyed your ride!
Toodles! :)

My TOTs

What is a TOT? It's .... Thoughts On Thursday!
Since I missed 10 thoughts Tuesday... I'll do barrage of thoughts here on Thursday. Why not? It's still a "T" day!! ... besides, I just came up with a clever title... got to do it now!! LOL!! And because there's not a number associated with it... I can feel free to write as many thoughts as I want! Ha! (Don't worry, I'll try to limit it!)

If any of ya want to adapt my TOT idea... have at it... like I said, number doesn't matter in this. However, for your reader's sake... I would try to keep it minimal!

Let's get the TOT's rolling.

1. Sitting here trying to figure out how I can get past my writer's block.

2. What writer's block... you're writing now? Yeah, I know... I mean as for my novels.

3. Did you just say novels, plural, as in more than one? YEP!! I have now THREE started!! Yet, I can't seem to finish any of them!!

4. I'm still trying to find book number one... I have it partly written in a notebook & the other part is on the computer... which computer is the problem... I thought it was on SenCi... but when I looked before I went to Arizona, it wasn't there. JunkYard, maybe... I just haven't been able to get back there to look through my files.

5. WAIT... we have JunkYard hooked up on the network... maybe I can look via $hiba!

6. Is it really that far to go from the living room to the computer room? NOPE! Just being lazy!! Or is it the depression... maybe... but probably more to the fact, each time I think of it, Hubby is working... rather... trying to find a job.

7. I guess I'm no longer jet-lagged. Now it's just more of tiredness & probably the depression setting in again.

8. However, I have been doing a lot more than in the past. I am at least getting up at a decent time every day now.

9. Except yesterday, I had a cold attack, took some TheraFlu Severe Cold... & after putting some clothes in the wash, I was out until about 5:30p.m.

10. TheraFlu is a great thing... knocks the cold right out of ya!! At least so far that's the only thing we have found that really kicks it!!

11. Well, that was 10 thoughts... shall I keep going? Sure, why not... it's been a while since I've done any blogs for public reading...

12. Book talk again... trying to give my main character a last name. Her "co-star", so to speak, last name was easy to figure out... but for some reason, I'm having a hard time with the lead roll. I think it should be something easy... but not too generic.

13. Looks as if we're in for a beautiful weekend. Near 80, or even warmer! Too bad we can't figure out if it's going to stay like this... because I'd like to go get some seeds to plant some flowers.

14. Do you like this TOT idea? I think it makes it easier to read someone's blog when they have a lot on their mind.

15. Haven't been doing much Twittering since I was on my trip... Just really hadn't been in the mood. However, I do have it set up to "nudge" me if I hadn't tweeted in 24 hours. So, I'm giving it a test right now.

Well, I said I was going to limit my thought as much as possible, so I guess I best wrap it up now. Be sure to keep an eye on my front page for Tweets when I don't blog. That's if you wonder what I'm up to!!

Take care & I hope you enjoyed your ride!!

Toodles & Hugs!!
