I think it's catchin up to me... 8-5-07

I am exhausted... it's either my thyroid or the fact I spent so many days with little sleep the past few weeks.

THANKFULLY, I was able to get back on Ambien CR this past Thursday... so my sleep has been a bit more solid... except for today, some odd reason... I woke up at 2:22 a.m. & couldn't get back to sleep until after 7:00 a.m.

So, I took advantage of the time & wrote a lot of things down... though I'm too tired right now to tell you all about it... maybe later this week.
