While I feel very sorry for the Cuban people I have no tolerance for their gov't. They blame the US for their problems. The US has had nothing to do with them. If the US is so bad and evil, then why do they feel entitled to help from the US?

ReplyDeleteOk, I read it a bit better... & I still think we could at least GIVE them TP... I think we should start a TP Cuba campaign... Each household could donate at least one roll of TP. We're strapped just like a lot of people... & yet I know we could afford to donate at least ONE roll! A four pack for some families would be tough, I know... but come on... those who can afford it (like the big shots in this country) should get together & donate!

(For those not in the USA... sorry, that does not apply to you, however, I think all the big countries should be able to help too!)

I think I'd happily send them a loo roll, if there was a scheme to do it.
ReplyDeleteI think we waste too much loo paper anyway. During the 1940's when I was a child I remember the loo roll was made from poor quality paper.
