So, my advice is, be sure you back up your in progress work! (If it's a blog or something similar... best thing to do is copy & paste it in a word document & save!!)

ReplyDeleteIt's my understanding Premium users are the only ones with the upgrade so far.
ReplyDeleteOne of the staff in User Support replied that Multiply is making the
changes in batches, so as to not overload the system.
That's why some users don't have them yet.
Just remember, that CS is here to help you with feature issues and they are not the developers. And using any ugly language with them really is uncalled for. You may really want or need their help and no one wants to help anyone that's mistreating them. So I can only suggest, don't be abusive to them. They are here and responding to you and you won't find that on most other s/n sites.

No, Premium users aren't the only ones upgraded. It's being done in batches but status has nothing to do with that.
I wish Multiply would give us a choice, the old Inbox or the new one!

ReplyDeleteBest advice I can give non premiums is be patient.. all will be cleared up soon. Yea I know it "SUCKS".. sometimes. I know I feel frustrated when my pg is messed up too ...
