If you all just knew how much ??? it takes for me to go upstairs to change & get a shower. I know that sounds disgusting... but don't worry, I keep myself clean... it's just I haven't been taking "full fledged" showers every day. I should, I know. but I don't have the ?energy? ... Energy is not the right word... Maybe someone knows a better word. & Neither is "gumption"... will power??
Anyway... as I said, I do my best to keep clean... but last couple days I let myself go SO much that it was depressing me even more! I realized last night I had been wearing the same shirt for over 3 days. (& was sleeping in it.) EWW, I said!
See, usually I change ever day. But the shower, well, it's been something along the lines of "sponge baths". Not today... I even washed my hair today!!!
I feel better as in refreshed... but I'm still depleted in the energy / gumption department!
Hmm... maybe I should mention this to the doctor?? Especially since I'm admitting it to you all. (Again, please remember this is for MY CONTACTS ONLY! Thanks)
